CRM_ROUT_GRP_CREATE_HR_QUALI_R - Define HR qualifications as CRM relevant (remote)

Purpose

You can use this report to define qualifications that are relevant for SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) for interaction center agents.

Certain characteristics, such as language ability in French, are stored for interaction center agents. These types of characteristics correspondto qualifications in the Personnel Development. The system uses the qualifications linked to each agent to determine the best-qualified agents for each interaction center area.

The report is made up of two steps:

1. Switch to the Human Resources (HR) system

Set the indicator to start the transaction and choose Execute.

The corresponding HR system appears.

1. Define the qualifications in the HR system

Select the validity period and choose Execute.

A dialog box appears, containing the qualifications catalog. You select the entries that are to be relevant for a particular agent and choose Continue.

The qualifications you selected are marked as CRM-relevant and are updated in the infotype Appraisal Area (1070). In this infotype, these qualifications are indicated as "CRM-relevant".
