CRM_SDB_LIST_IMP_SOLUTIONS - List Solutions by Legacy ID

Title

Purpose

You use this program to list solutions that have been transferred to the Solution Database (SDB) through the external interface (XIF). The program requires you to enter the legacy IDs of the solutions to be listed. (The legacy ID is the ID used to uniquely identify the solution in the legacy system.) The list contains information such as the solution number in the SDB, the status (created or released), solution description, and legacy ID. By double-clicking a solution in the list, you can display the solution details in the SDB.

Note
Problems that have been transferred to the SDB through the external interface can be listed using program CRM_SDB_LIST_IMP_SYMPTOMS.
