Purpose
This report sets the status of services in Change Request Management.
Integration
The Change Request Management scenario is part of the Solution Manager.
Prerequisites
The transaction type for a document must be defined accordingly in the Customizing tables:
TSOCM_ACTION_O_S
TSOCM_COND_MAPP
TSOCM_PROXY_IMPL
TSOCM_STAT_PROP
The system only processes correct documents.
Features
The next status value of a service is set, according to the actions (TSOCM_ACTION_O_S) and verifications (TSOCM_COND_MAPP) in the transaction.
The new status value is derived from the current status value and the Customizing entries in the table TSOCM_STAT_PROP.
If you choose the 'Unconditional Reversal' option on the selection screen, the system sets the document to the status value that has the 'CANCX' type as an attribute for the corresponding status procedure in the TSOCM_STAT_PROP table without running a check. Once this has taken place, the document can no longer be modified. We therefore advise you to use the 'List Display Only' option, which displays the number of hits without changing the status value.
Selection
Selections can be made with the logical database CRMLDB_SERVICE_MON.
Standard Variants
Output
The application log of the last program run is displayed at the end.
Activities
You should only use the 'Unconditional Reversal' option to formally close inconsistent or outdated transaction data.
The report can be used in the standard mode to trigger a status change automatically. This is advisable if the status change cannot be performed manually. All checks that would have been performed during transaction processing are run here. The document cannot therefore contain errors or it will be skipped by the report.
