CS_BOM_VALID_TO_CALC - Report for BOM validity

Purpose

You use this report to calculate the valid-to date for an existing BOM header or item. We recommend you to run this report once during the migration process before BOM explosion. This avoids validity calculation during runtime, which is an expensive operation.

Integration

Prerequisites

BOM is available.

Features

Selection

• You select whether validity needs to be calculated for:

• BOM header or item

• A particular BOM or for all BOMs in the table

• You enter the:

• Total processes that exist in the system

• Processes available for use

• Number of parallel processes that you want the system to use

Standard Variants

Output

The validity is calculated and stored in the STPO or STKO table respectively. You can check the status of the report execution in the log.
