Purpose

Raw exposures can be created or updated in Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) for batch updates, deliveries and other logistics documents such as purchase orders and sales orders.

For technical reasons this processing in TRM is triggered in the background for deliveries and batch changes.

You can choose whether you want to trigger raw exposure updates for batch changes by setting the 'Batch change updates exposure' option accordingly.

For other logistics documents (like purchase and sales orders), you can configure the data transfer to TRM to run in the background by selecting the 'Transfer orders in background' option. Otherwise the transfer runs synchronously with the posting of the logistics documents.

This report creates the following objects, depending on the selected options:

  • bgRFC inbound destination and RFC connection 'LOGTRM_DELIVERY_EXPOSURE' for the update of raw exposures from deliveries
  • bgRFC inbound destination and RFC connection 'LOGTRM_BATCH_UPD' for transfer of batch information (only if the 'Batch change updates exposure' option is selected)
  • bgRFC inbound destination and RFC connection 'LOGTRM_ORDER_EXPOSURE' for the raw exposure update for all other documents (only if the 'Transfer orders in background' option is selected)
