DHBASR_RETENTION_JOB - Delete Graph Data when Retention Period Expires

Purpose

This report is only relevant for ABAP Integration in SAP Data Intelligence. ABAP integration is a unified model to consolidate all interaction scenarios between SAP Data Intelligence and an ABAP-based SAP system (directional and bi-directional).

This report deletes subscriptions for graphs that have the status "Stopped", as well as action logs and application logs.

The retention period is the length of time (in days) that the relevant data for a graph is kept in the system. You can specify a retention period for subscriptions, and also for action logs and application logs.

The system runs this report once a day. The report will delete the subscriptions for a graph if the status of the graph is "Stopped" and if the retention period for subscriptions has expired.

The report will delete the action logs and application logs for a graph if the retention period for action logs and application logs has expired, regardless of the status of the graph.
