DMC_MIG_SET_MAX_NUMBER_LOG_MSG - Specify the maximum number of log messages

Purpose

By default, for a transfer of a migration object, the migration cockpit displays the first 50000 instances for every notification (errors, warnings). After this limit is reached, the system does not display any additional messages that may have occurred. The system displays a message that states that this limit has been reached. You can increase this limit by using report DMC_MIG_SET_MAX_NUMBER_LOG_MSG. This can make sense when transferring large amounts of data to SAP S/4HANA. Note that increasing the limit will result in a large application log, and may negatively impact the performance of the migration cockpit while loading notifications.
