DMC_PROTOCOL_DOWNLOAD - MWB:Log Download

Purpose

You can use this report to download various project information in text format. This information can consist of the entries in the application log, the runtime information, and the entries in the table DMC_MT_TABLES.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

To make the application log entries more easily readable, the system also stores two Microsoft Excel templates in the download folder, each of which contains specific macros. Using these macros, you can either get access to all individual files (by means of hyperlinks) or have the messages that belong to the same message type highlighted in the same color.

Selection

You can limit the selection of the application logs to be displayed by specifying either a date and time or a user.

With regard to the download of the runtime information, there is a difference between mass data transfers and business objects. The system stores the information in the target directory either based on the mass transfer ID or based on the project and subproject IDs.

With regard to the download of DMC_MT_TABLES, you can limit it exclusively based on the mass transfer ID.
