DMC_RESET_FROM_DDIC_FLAG - reset "from ddic" flag from structures

Purpose

This report can be used to reset the "from DDIC" flag from all structures of either the sender container, or receiver container, or both, of

• a single conversion object

• all conversion objects of a subproject

• all conversion objects of a project

This can be necessary if the structures were first created from a DDIC reference and later, this DDIC reference doesn't exist any longer, e.g. the corresponding sender and receiver rfc destinations don't exist any longer
