DMC_XPRA_ALIGN_ADM_STEP_TABLES - XPRA for Alignment of Step Tables for ADM

Purpose

To transform the old data for tables (DMC_PC_PROJSTEPS, DMC_PC_COBJSTEPS and DMC_DEVL_CSTEPS) according to the changes (in the new developments).

Integration

Prerequisites

The ADM or safe passage was used in the system ( Transaction MWBSP)

Features

The program can be run in test mode.

Selection

Complete selection is done on the following tables as these tables will be filled only when the ADM (Safe passage / Transaction MWBSP) was used.

Output

The data in tables is updated when the program is called in the normal mode, The tables are changed accordingly.This means that the values for fields like PROCESSING_DONE is cleared and a corresponding value is set in the STATE field. Additionally depending on the step, the step number is inserted.

Activities

No further activities are required.

Example

Let us take the example of table DMC_PC_PROJSTEPS and assume that the table has only one record where fields DEFINITION_DONE,SCOPING_DONE and CUSTOMIZING_DONE have some values(or initial). Before running the record field STEP is initial.

After running the report there will be three entries for the same project. This means that there will be a individual record for every step. The fields DEFINITION_DONE,SCOPING_DONE and CUSTOMIZING_DONE will be cleared and the STATE and step fields will have the value of the corresponding field DEFINITION_DONE,SCOPING_DONE and CUSTOMIZING_DONE . Thus there will be 3 records for a corresponding single record without step.
