DTL_SELECT_STRING_DEFINE - define select strings for existing access plans

Purpose

This report allows to get select strings for the specified conversion objects (or alternatively, for all conversion objects of a mass transfer) from the PCL system. These select strings are assigned to the specified access plan. If the ID does not refer to an access plan but to a precalculation, the select string is assigned to all access plans belonging to this precalculation.
