EBPP_AR_CONTACTS_DEL - Deletion of Comments Entered in FSCM

Purpose

Launch the EBPP_AR_CONTACTS_DEL program after an archiving run for customer master data. You can display entries no longer required in table EBPP_AR_CONTACT in in a list and delete them.

Output

You can create a configurable list of the entries to be deleted.

The application log (object FIN-FSCM-BD, subobject CONTACTS) logs how many entries the system has found based on your selection criteria, and how many of them can be deleted. During an update run, the system logs each deleted table entry. You can delete the application log when you no longer require the logs.
