ECHR_CUST4INBOUND_SERVICE - Create a Process for a Service Operation

Purpose
You use this report to make the basic settings for the registration of a Service Operation for Postprocessing Office (PPO) and Error and Conflict Handler (ECH).
Integration
You also enter or complete any settings that you make with this report individually in Customizing. The following Customizing activities are available for this:

Prerequisites
Features
Selection
Enter the values required for the service operation and the ECH/PPO attributes. If you do not enter a process description, the report derives these from the description of the proxy interface.
Select a valid value for the ECH action class and enter an new value for the ECH/PPO business process.
In the customer namespace, select a valid value for the ECH/PPO software component or enter a new value that starts with Y or Z. If the specified software component is available in neither the customer table nor the SAP table Software Component, the system creates it automatically.
If a transport of the settings if necessary or planned, you can define an order or a task.
Standard Variants
Output
The report issues a log that lists the settings you have made or indicates errors. You can also call up the Customizing activities for Postprocessing Office or Error and Conflict Handler from the message long texts. You can then check and complete the settings or analyze the errors.
