Purpose

Using this transaction you can set the query status manually to Failed if a query sent by the Create and Execute Employee Master Data and Org. Assignment Query (ECPAO_EE_ORG_REPL_QUERY) program remains in the Sent or In Process status for a longer period of time. For more information about this program see Create and Execute Employee Master Data and Org. Assignment Query.

Resetting the status is necessary since the next query cannot be created before the current query has one of the statuses Successful or Failed. A query remains in the Sent status if it doesn’t reach the middleware, for example, due to configuration issues. It remains in the In Process status if data can't be transferred from Employee Central. If the query remains in the Sent status, it can be resent after a five-minutes timeout has passed.

You can also delete queries completely.

Integration

This transaction calls the Reset Employee Master Data and Org. Assignment Query (ECPAO_EE_ORG_RESET_QRY_ADM) program.

Prerequisites

You use the Create and Execute Employee Master Data and Org. Assignment Query (ECPAO_EE_ORG_REPL_QUERY) program to replicate employee master data (and organizational assignments if applicable) from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Activities

To reset the status, select an entry with the Sent or In Process status and choose Set Status to Failed.

Note
You can't reset the status of queries that already have the status Successful or Failed.

To delete a query, select an entry and choose Delete Query.

Note
In productive system environments, you should only delete queries of the Employee-Specific Query type and only if they have one of the statuses Successful or Failed. If you delete other types of queries, the last modified date is removed. This means that the next query will trigger a full load (if you don't enter a change date in the Select Employees with Data Changes After section on the selection screen of the Create and Execute Employee Master Data and Org. Assignment Query (ECPAO_EE_ORG_REPL_QUERY) program).
