ECPAO_TO_ERP_INVT_DELETE - Delete Inventory Entries

Purpose

This program enables you to delete the inventory details of an employee from the inventory tables (ECPAO_INVT_INFTY & ECPAO_INVT_ITMSG) based on the selection screen criteria. You can use the ECPAO_TO_ERP_INV_DEL transaction code to run this report.

Selection

Selection Criteria

You specify for which employees the inventory details to be deleted from the inventory tables. To do so, either specify the personnel numbers of the employees, action type, personnel area, personnel subarea, employee group or employee subgroup

Message Selection Criteria

You specify the infotype or subtype of the employees for which you want to delete the inventory table details. You can also select the Messages from Simulation Run if the entries which were created during simulation run in the inventory tables needs to be deleted.

Replication Time Selection Criteria

You specify the time period for which you want to delete the inventory table details. You can also specify the number of days in the Retentition Period field for which you want the data to be retained. When you specify the number of days, the system will calculate the total number of days from the current system date and then retain the inventory table details.
