EDOC_CL_EXEC_RECONCILE - Reconcile eDocument Data (Chile)
General Material Data TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local CurrencyThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
You use this report to reconcile sales document data stored in the tax authority's (SII) database with eDocument data stored in the system.
The report allows you to upload data from CSV files that you downloaded from the tax authority's server and to store that in the reconciliation database (EDOCLSIIPRSLtable). You can then update the statuses of eDocuments for sales invoices in the system based on the data in the reconciliation database. You can either set the statuses of eDocuments to Approved by Customer or Rejected by Customerbased on your selection parameters.
If you upload data to the reconciliation database from the application server, you can also run the report in the background.
Integration
Prerequisites
To upload data, you must ensure the following:
- The name of uploaded files must start with "RCV_VENTA_
" for sales records and must be in CSV format, for example, RCV_VENTA_76255466-6_202006_01.csv. The RUT number must belong to the company code for which you run the report.
- In the FILE transaction, you have configured the logical and physical paths for EDOC_CL_RECON_FILE_NAME, which indicates where to store the application log file that is generated during report execution.
- If you upload data to the reconciliation database from the application server, in the FILEtransaction, you must have configured the logical and physical paths for EDOC_CL_RECON_INCOMING_FILE_PATH, which indicates the path on the application server from which data is to be uploaded.
To reconcile data, you must ensure the following:
- You have uploaded data to the reconciliation database.
- You have made the settings in the following Customizing activities:
- Assign DTE Type to Reconciliation Measure ( EDOCLDTERECONV view)
- Assign Process Status to Reconciliation Measure (EDOCLRECPRCSTATV view)
Features
Selection
First select whether you want to execute the report in upload mode or reconciliation mode.
- In case you select Upload Mode, you must enter the company code and indicate whether you want to upload data from the application server or from the presentation server. In case you choose presentation server, you must also specify the file path for the folder from which the report can upload the CSV files.
- In case you select Reconciliation Mode, you must enter the company code and the record creation date for which you want to reconcile data, press Enter, and select the reconciliation measure you want to perform. You can then specify additional parameters based on which you want to perform the approval or rejection of eDocuments.
- Note: You can only select the DTE types for which you can perform the reconciliation measures once you have specified the company code and pressed Enter. In this case, the DTE types that are allowed to be reconciled for the selected company code become visible for selection.
Standard Variants
Output
Depending on the execution mode, the output of the report can be the following:
- If you execute the report in Upload Mode, the report displays a log where you can see how many files have been uploaded successfully or if any warnings or errors occurred during upload. At the same time, during execution, the report also generates an application log file and stores it on the application server under the path that you configured in the FILEtransaction. This log file contains details about any warnings or errors that occurred during upload.
- If you execute the report in Reconciliation Mode, the output displays the list of uploaded files with their details. You can select the files that you want to reconcile and choose Set to Approved by Customer or Set to Rejected by Customer depending on which reconciliation measure you selected. Once you triggered reconciliation, the items on the screen can get one of the following highlight color:
- Green: Indicates that reconciliation has been performed successfully for the relevant eDocument. The status of the eDocument is changed to Approved by Customer (Reconc.)or Rejected by Customer (Reconc.)in the eDocument Cockpit. In case of rejection, the report may also send a notification email about the rejected documents if you enabled that option on the selection screen.
- Red: Indicates that there was an error during reconciliation. In this case, the Errorcheckbox gets selected on the screen for the item and you can check the reason in the Message Textcolumn. The result is also stored in an application log file.
