EDOC_IT_FILL_ODN - eDocument Italy: Fill Official Document Number for existing documents

Purpose

Use this report to add the Official Document Number (ODN) to existing documents which were submitted in the past.

Features

Selection

,,Enter one or more company codes in the Company Code field.

In addition, you can take the following selections:

,,- To avoid changes to documents which should not be changed, enter a time interval in the Creation Date field.

,,- You can deactivate the flag for Execute Test Run so that the system saves the changes for the selected documents to the database and displays the Official Document Numbers in the eDocument Cockpit.

Note: By default the flag for Execute Test Run is activated and the program displays only the log of changes.

Output

The program displays a log with messages.
