EDOC_IT_NOTIFICATION_HANDLING - eDocument Notifcation Handling

Purpose
In the eDocument Full solution for Italy, SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI) platform receives the notifications coming from the tax authorities for the eDocuments you have submitted. Because the eDocument processing at the system authorities' system may comprise various steps which may not happen right away, HCI collects all received notifications in a notification queue.
You use this report to either pull, process, or only display the notifications received by HCI.
You can define that this report runs as a job in the intervals that you consider appropriate for your business scenario. Alternatively, you can also run this report manually.
Integration
This report is only available for eDocument full solution for Italy.

Selection
You can make the following selections:
- Pull all available notifications: the report retrieves from HCI all available notifications also deletes them from the HCI notification queue.
- Process notifications: the report process the notifications and updates the status of related eDocuments, if applicable.
- Display notifications: the report only displays the notifications by the filter settings you defined.
Standard Variants
Output
The report displays the collected eDocument notification in accordance with your selection screen settings.
The report lists all available notifications for each eDocument GUID. The Notification ID indicates if more than one notification exist for an eDocument ID and in which order they happened. You can also check if a notification has already been processed or already deleted from the HCI queue.
