EDOC_TW_OUTBOUND_FILE_GEN - Creation of Outbound Files for General Files (Taiwan)

Purpose

You use this app to create XML outbound files for general files to upload to the Turnkey system that is regulated by the tax authorities in Taiwan. The general files contain used GUI number ranges and unused ranges. You can specify where to save the XML files generated, either in a local path or on a server.

Prerequisites

You have the authorization to work on the business places for Taiwan.

Features

Selection

You specify the following restrictions for the display using the fields below:

• Company Code

• Business Place

If you enter the head office as the business place, the outbound files will be created for all your business places.

• Fiscal Period, Fiscal Year

• Calendar Month, Calendar Year

You can also specify where to save your file generated in the File Directory section, either in a local path or on a server. You enter at least one of Branch GUI Assignment E0401 and Unused GUI Number Range E0402.

Standard Variants

Output

The generation statuses of the outbound files are displayed in the SAP List Viewer. The system displays the following information by default:

• Message Type (icon)

• Head Ban

• Branch Ban

• Invoice Type

• Year and Month

• Invoice Track

• Message Text

• Message Class

• Message Type

• Message No.

The XML outbound files are generated in the directory that you specify. Then you can upload these files to the Turnkey system of the tax authorities.
