EDX_DUMP - EDX: Save Objects from Non-Processable Messages

Purpose

With this report, you can store objects of a message on a file system for analysis. Note that you can only store objects of messages with the status 'Not Processable'.

This can help you in analyzing the problem.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

You can call the report using transaction EDX_DUMP.

You can trigger the storing of messages in a file system either by choosing Execute or by pressing the F8 button.

For each file to be stored, a popup window is then displayed to enable you to select the target directory on the local PC.

Selection

• Reference (PID/REF):,,Use the input help (F4) to select a message.

• Object selection:,,Select or deselect objects to be stored.

Standard Variants

Output

Finally, a list with all of the stored objects is displayed.
