EFRANCH_PROF_DEL_IN - Proof of Delivery for Bill Distribution

Purpose
You use this report to manage the Proof of Delivery data for the bills which were distributed.
Integration
Prerequisites
You have maintained the following settings:
- Ensured that the franchisee exists with the relevant business function (Bills distribution)
- Assigned the relevant franchisee to a grid for a specific period
- Complete the invoicing and then print the document using the output device as local object
Features
Selection
On the selection screen, maintain the following details:
- In the Proof of Delivery Details group box, you can select one of the following:
- Individual entry
- If you select Individual Entry, enter Receiver Name, the Actual bill delivery date and Receiver Telephone number. This refers to the individual entries made.
- Upload from Excel
- If you select Upload from Excel, enter the directory path and name of the upload or download file. The system updates the Proof of Delivery (EPROF_DELV_IN) table in case of individual entry.
- Recommendation
- Select Upload from Excelonly after entering the relevant details pertaining to Downlad to Excel.
- Download to Excel,,
- If you choose Download to Excel, enter the franchisee ID and the directory path and name of the upload or download file.
- The report also downloads the data from the Proof of Delivery (EPROF_DELV_IN) table into the excel.
- You also enter the Receiver Name, Actual bill delivery date, and Receiver telephone number.

Standard Variants
Output
Based on the selection criteria, the system updates the Proof of Delivery (EPROF_DELV_IN) table.
