ENH_ACTUALIZE_ENH_TREE - Rebuild ENH Trees

Purpose

The report is used to rebuild the TREE for enhancements, which should also be possible from within SE80.

Integration

The TREE name is: XA Complete Structure or XX Upgrade Dtructure

It is stored in the table DWTREE under key component EH and key See Input in Parameter - that is, under XX_*, XA_*, or XF_TEST_ENH.

Prerequisites

Note that the TREE has already been set up. During runtime, which can take some time, the tree could be inconsistent.
