Purpose

You can use this report to delete KPI values that lie outside of the validity period. The validity period for a KPI is defined by the fields Period and No. of Periods for the

Selection

• KPI ID: Technical name of KPI

• Test run: Data are not deleted.

• Delete data with comments: If you set this indicator, the data that have comments are not deleted.

Standard Variants

Output

The deleted data (or the data that were deleted (test run)) are written to the output list. If there is no data to be deleted, the system sends an information message.
