ESH_EX_CONSOLIDATE_CP - Migration and Deletion of Enterprise Seach Change Pointers

Purpose

Enterprise Search contains Real-Time Indexing to update the search index "just in time".

From a technical standpoint, change-pointer database tables are used to trigger real-time indexing to update TREX indices.

The main purpose of this program is to remove outdated change pointers from the database table and thus improve the performance of real-time indexing.

In addition, this program migrates change pointers created by SAP basis release 7.01 to the new change pointer table.

If the Deletion To-Date is initial, only migration is processed.
