Purpose

You use this report to check the data provided for an electronic financial statement. For more information, see one of the following paths in the SAP Library:

• For classic General Ledger Accounting: Closing and Reporting (FI) -> External Reports -> Data Preparation for Electronic Financial Statements in Germany

• For General Ledger Accounting: Reporting-> Data Preparation for Electronic Financial Statements in Germany

Integration

You can use this report only for structures that you have created in the Customizing activity Define Financial Statement Versions (Electronic Financial Statement).

Prerequisites

You have assigned accounts or functional areas to the items in the Customizing activity Define Financial Statement Versions (Electronic Financial Statement).

You have prepared the financial statement. For more information, see SAP Library under Financial Accounting -> General Ledger Accounting (FI-GL) -> Closing and Reporting (FI)-> Preparing Financial Statements.
