FAGL_PLAN_ITEMS_GL - Plan Line Items

Purpose

When the update of plan line items is activated in the system, the system also creates line item documents for each change made to plan totals records. This program lists the plan line items.

Integration

Prerequisites

For the specified combination of ledger, version, company code, and fiscal year, there must be a corresponding entry in table T895.

You have activated the update of plan line items. For this, you have set the relevant indicator in Customizing for Financial Accounting under Activate Line Items for Planning, or you have executed program RGPLEP01.

Selection

In addition to the selection parameters on the selection screen, you can restrict your selection further by using Custom Selections.

Standard Variants

Output

To obtain an aggregated display for a posting period, set the Period Aggregation indicator.

In the Layout field, you can specify the SAP List Viewer variant with which you want to call the list.

You can use the basic functions of the SAP List Viewer, such as variant layouts, totals, and sort options.

If you have called the plan line item display using period aggregation, you can use the Period Breakdown symbol to navigate to a list with a period breakdown.
