FARR_SET_POB_COMPLETE - Set status of performance obligation as completed

Purpose

You can use this report to prepare certain performance obligation data for migration to a new release of Revenue Accounting and Reporting. The new release supports more advanced status management of performance obligations. Performance obligations and contracts can be marked as completed for future archiving. However, the status data for the existing performance obligations has to be calculated and filled to work with the new feature.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

This report scans performance obligations that already exist in your system and marks qualified performance obligations as completed. A performance obligation can be marked as completed if the following conditions are true:

• The performance obligation is completely fulfilled.

• The performance obligation is completely invoiced.

If the report finds that all performance obligations in a contract are completed, it sets the completion date of the contract to the current date.

Selection

This report allows you to choose specific performance obligations by using these selection criteria:

• Company code

• Accounting principle

• Revenue accounting contract

Additionally, the Simulation option allows you to run the report in test mode.

Standard Variants

Output

After you run the report, the list view displays the background jobs that are created for this task. The result is written into the application log.
