FCLM_FB2_CONF - Flow Builder: Utility Toolset

Purpose
With this program, you can list missing documents, unexpected documents, and Run IDs, clear temp tables in Flow Builder, and recover failed entries for the mass run.

Activities
As of now, the following functions are available in this program:
- Find Missing Documents
With this function, you can find all the missing documents that are supposed to be in the FQM_FLOW table. For the entries that are already in the FCLM_FI_STAGING table but are not handled yet, they are not considered as missing documents. For company code whose account type is Liquidity Analysis or Cash Position and Liquidity Analysis, but the Liquidity Analysis Update Mode is set as Deferred - No Delta Table Update, the Liquidity Analysis flows of the missing documents will not be considered.
- Find Unexpected Documents
With this function, you can find the documents that are in the FQM_FLOW table but are not supposed to be in this table. For example, the invoice items of some cleared document items are not supposed to be in the FQM_FLOW table.
- Process Error Entries in Mass Run
With this function, you can find the documents in the FCLM_FB2_FLOW table that are marked with the "X" flag and process them in the mass run.
- Delete Invalid Delta Entries
With this function, you can delete the following entries in the FI delta table:
- Entries with an incomplete key
- Entries belonging to deactivated company codes
- Entries without a valid accounting document
- Entries with an incorrect scope
- Clear Temporary Table
With this function, you can clear data in the temporary tables and clear the data that are in the temporary tables two days ago based on the Run IDs. The temporary tables are the FCLM_FB2_LOG, FCLM_FB2_OFFSET, FCLM_FB2_STRTIM, and the FCLM_FB2_FLOW tables.
- List All Run IDs
With this function, you can list all the Run IDs that are in the FCLM_FB2_LOG, FCLM_FB2_OFFSET, and FCLM_FB2_FLOW tables.
