FDM_COLL_CUST_DELETE_MIRROR - Delete references to archived customers in the substitute system

Purpose

Launch the FDM_COLL_CUST_DELETE_MIRROR program after an archiving run for customer master data in the substitute system. You can display entries no longer required in table FDM_CUST_MIRROR in in a list and delete them. During an update run, the dependent entries in the FDM_CUSTB_MIRROR, FDM_DOCLI_MIRROR and FDM_DOC_MIRROR tables are also deleted.

Integration

To delete the contact person for archived customers, use the FDM_COLL_CONT_DELETE_MIRROR program.

To delete document data archived in the original system, the FDM_COLL_ARC_DELETE_MIRROR program is available.

Prerequisites

You use the substitute system to connect non-SAP or 4.6C systems to SAP Collections Management.

You can create a configurable list of the entries to be deleted in the FDM_CUST_MIRROR table. After a test run, if you set a limit for the customers that can be deleted, you can determine the dependent entries in the FDM_DOC_MIRROR table on the basis of this list by using the RFDM_COLL_SHOW_MIRROR program.

The application log (object FIDM, subobject FIDM_GET_CMD_NON_SAP) logs how many entries in the FDM_CUST_MIRROR table the system has found based on your selection criteria, and how many of them can be deleted. During an update run, the system logs each deleted entry from the FDM_CUST_MIRROR table, as well as the number of deleted entries in the dependent FDM_CUSTB_MIRROR, FDM_DOCLI_MIRROR, and FDM_DOC_MIRROR tables. You can delete the application log when you no longer require the logs.
