FDM_COLL_MAINTAIN_BR_HEAD - Deletion of Branch/Head Office Relationships in Collections Management

Purpose

This program is used to delete branch/head office relationships in Collections Management that are stored in table FDM_COLL_BR_HEAD. You usually only need this program to delete obsolete entries in table FDM_COLL_BR_HEAD.

Prerequisites

You have, using program Sending of FI-AR Relevant Data to Collections Management, carried out an initial data transfer at least once for a company code in which the function All Items for Branch is active in accordance with your settings in Customizing.

Output

The result of the program run is logged in the application log (object FIDM, subobject FIDM_HOB). You can delete entries of the application log that you no longer require.

To extend the current display variant in the list output, or select a different one, choose Settings -> Layout. To configure the list, you can use the functions of the SAP List Viewer (ALV Grid Control).

Example

You have made a change in your implementation of BAdI FDM_COLL_DETERMINE_BRANCH resulting in new or changed branch/head office relationships. In this instance, you need to execute program FDM_COLL_MAINTAIN_BR_HEAD and then recreate the data for the relevant company code using program FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS
