FERCR100 - Reversal of Regulatory Procedure

Description

The reversal program allows the user to reverse all of the regulatory postings and to delete all entries in the regulatory reporting tables. When the original postings are made, they must be done in the following order:

1. Standard cost adjustment (if active)
2. Trace flow of costs
3. Primary costs postings
4. Variance allocation postings(if active)
5. Direct postings

The reversal program will reverse the posting programs in the reverse order from how the original postings were made.

The reversal program knows, for a particular period and year, which is the last posting program that has been run and automatically will reverse that posting. The user does not need to be concerned with ensuring that the proper posting is being reversed.
