Purpose

This program enables you to archive Accrual Engine documents (archiving object FI_ACE_ITM) from table ACEPSOIT.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

In an archiving run, the data to be archived is stored in the archive files sorted by application component of the Accrual Engine, company code, accrual object, and fiscal year.

Accrual Engine documents that have not been transferred to Accounting yet are not archived. From a technical point of view, field ACEPSOIT-AWKEY is not filled yet in these data records.

Selection

The Accrual Engine documents to be archived are selected by application component of the Accrual Engine, company code, and the key date or posting date for accruals.
