FILL_PRPS_SCOPE_XPRA - XPRA to fill Scope field in PRPS table

Purpose

The WBS Elements belonging to Projects with Project Profile 'P001' (Customer Projects) and 'P002' (Internal Projects) have the Object Class (SCOPE) field empty.

The reason is that in the customization (SET content delivered before CE 1705), the Object Class is not defaulted to any value for Project Profiles 'P001' and 'P002'.

From CE 1705, the Object Class is defaulted to 'PA' (Profit Analysis) for Project Profiles 'P001' and 'P002'. So any new WBS Elements belonging to Projects with Project Profile 'P001' and 'P002' will have the Object Class field set to 'PA'.

However for the WBS Elements created before CE1705, the value is still empty. To fix this issue, this report is being delivered to set the Object Class field to 'PA'.
