FINCS_XPRA_COMPANY_MAPPING - Data Conversion for Flexible Company Mapping

Purpose

The XPRA program performs the data conversion to support a more flexible mapping of companies to consolidation units.

The master data of the consolidation unit is enhanced by a new consolidation unit time-dependent company field. The new company field of the consolidation unit time-dependent persistence (FINCS_BUNIT_ATD) is filled by the conversion program in case the consolidation unit key-identical company exists in the company persistence (T880).

In addition, potentially already existing company-mapping related selection expressions in the unified selection options persistence (FINCS_USELOPT) are converted to the new consolidation unit time-dependent selection expression node type.

Integration

Prerequisites

The XPRA program only runs in clients in which the From Year for New Group Reporting Logic in SAP S/4HANA is specified.
