FINOC_NAOI - Organizational Change: Unenriched Open Items

Purpose

Organizational changes can transfer open receivables and payables from an old profit center to a new one only if the information about the profit center source is known and stored in the open items. So, all relevant open items must contain information about the root objects, such as controlling object, product (material) and asset information. This transaction displays all open receivables and payables for which this information is partially or completely missing.

Selection

The program can be run without entering selection criteria. However, if you want to focus your analysis on specific areas, you have various selection criteria available.

Standard Variants

Output

After the program is run, a list of documents is displayed that contain open item keys, relevant account assignments, and the status of enrichment of the document splitting information. Additionally, you can perform the document splitting simulation for each document by selecting Split simulation.
