FINOC_XPRA_CO_SPLIT_ACTIVATE - Organizational Change: XPRA - Activate CO split characteristics

Purpose

This XPRA does changes in the configuration of the document splitting (table FAGL_SPLIT_FIELD). The program activates all missing CO split characteristics (excluding PAOBJNR) and generates corresponding field transfers. The added split characteristics shall be not relevant for the follow-up costs.
