FINS_CFIN_MAPPING_STRUC - Central Finance: Assignments of Mapping Entities to Structures

Purpose

You use this report to check the configuration settings for mapping entities and their field assignments in the Central Finance system. For a chosen structure, it allows a quick overview over the structure fields and the assigned mapping entities with the corresponding configuration settings.

Integration

Prerequisites

Central Finance is activated in the current system.

For more information, see Activate Business Function in Customizing (transaction SPRO) under Financial Accounting -> Central Finance -> General Settings.

Features

Selection

You can select the mapping structure for which you want to check the configuration settings.

Standard Variants

Output

For the chosen structure, a table with all mapping entities and their fields are displayed. You can see, whether the mapping entity is of the type key mapping (ID mapping) or value mapping (code mapping), which context fields belong to it, such as the controlling area for the profit center. You can also see, whether for the respective mapping entity system configuration or customer configuration has been provided and which mapping action has been set in Customizing.

To access the configuration settings for a specific mapping entity, just click the respective mapping entity. This takes you directly to the Customizing settings for the chosen mapping entity and allows you to correct, change or add customer configuration or mapping actions, if necessary.
