Purpose

Adjustment of Balance Carryforward for Customers in Migration Table KNCX_DIF

Integration

After the migration to SAP Accounting powered by SAP HANA, the program checks if the balance carryforward (BCF) was calculated completely and correctly in tables KNC1_BCK und KNC3_BCK during the migration. It corrects entries in migration table KNCX_DIF, if necessary.

Prerequisites

See SAP Note 2033979.

If SAP Note 2033979 was found and implemented before the data migration to SAP Accounting powered by SAP HANA, then this adjustment program is obsolete.

Activities

If you want to execute the program:

Edit the program first before executing it. At the place highlighted at the beginning of the program, replace the date 19000101 with your migration date (see the Customizing activity Migration to SAP Accounting powered by SAP HANA -> Migration of Transaction Data and Documents -> Migrate Transaction Data and Documents). Save and activate your changes.

For an update run, select Update Run on the selection screen. For a test run, do not select this field. You then receive a log of the changes that are made in table KNCX_DIF during an update run.
