FINS_CO_TRANS_READ - Line Item Report from Archive (CO_TRANS)

Title

Archive Evaluation of CO Line Items (Archiving Object CO_TRANS)

Purpose

You can use this program to evaluate files for the archiving object CO_TRANS "CO Totals Records and Line Items".

Features

A line item report for the data stored in the archive is displayed. A list of the objects in the archive (cost centers) is used as input help.

Activities

To display the line items for a certain object (cost center) in the archive, proceed as follows:

1. Choose the "Archive selection" button. Select the archive sessions or files that could contain the data.
2. Choose the "Object selection" button. The system then finds all the objects belonging to the selected archive files. Choose one of these objects.
3. To reduce the volume of data you should, if necessary, fill the parameters "cost type" and "posting date".

You can also generate a line item report across whole archive files or sessions by leaving out the object selection. Note that this generally leads to a large volume of data being read, which the system may not be able to display.
