FINS_NRIV_REORG_YEAR_9999 - reorganize year 9999 in table NRIV for RF_BELEG

Purpose

The FINS_XPRA_NRIV_REORG_YEAR_9999 removes year independent reference content number ranges from table NRIV for accounting documents RF_BELEG. The removed number ranges are getting archived into table NRIV_REORGANIZE.

Prerequisites

During the conversion of RF_BELEG number ranges from year-independent to year-dependent in Release 1811 it was not possible to delete the year-independent number ranges due to restrictions in Solution Builder. For these year-independent number ranges therefore the level was set to the maxim number of each number range to avoid further usage. But this will cause empty intervals when future year number range records will be delivered to the customer because the still existing year-independent number ranges 'overshadow' the newly inserted future year number range records.
