FINS_PRED_FIN_REDUCTION - Post Final Reduction for Completed Source Docs in Predictive Acctg

Purpose

This report creates a final predictive journal entry in the prediction ledger to reduce any remaining amounts for completed source documents included in the predictive accounting process.

For sales orders that have been fully delivered and fully invoiced, the related journal entries have been posted in the underlying ledger. As a result, the amount related to the source document in the prediction ledger should be zero. All predictive journal entries should have been reduced completely. However, in certain cases, a small amount may still remain. This can occur, for example, due to exchange rate fluctuations. This report creates a final predictive journal entry to clear any amount that may remain after the last delivery or invoice is posted.
