Purpose

This program checks whether all WBS elements have been correctly assigned with the internal ID in table ACDOCA.

If this program detects an error, please use program FINS_ACDOC_REPAIR_PSPNR in the respective client to fill in the missing WBS element numbers after the upgrade.
