FINS_XPRA_FINSC_001A - Fill table FINSC_001A from T001A etc.

Purpose
This report runs as XPRA report and fills the table FINSC_001A which is new in release 1503 SPS 1511.
The report runs again as XPRA in release 1605 to create the additional entries in table FINSC_001A to support transfer prices. The report also fills the table FINSC_CURTYPE_C with the required entries. In release 1605 the report does the following additional activities:
- It updates the table FINSC_CURTYPE to fill the new field FINSC_CURTYPE-LEGAL_CURTYPE.
- It clears the field FINS_ACDOC_ACT-UNIFIED_CURCONV_FI_CO and FINS_ACDOC_ACT- VALUTYPE_DEPEND_TRANSCURR in clients <> 000 in order to force customers upgrading from classic ERP to re-think the currency translation rules for CO postings.

The table entries in FINSC_001A are created using the following logic:
- by migrating the content of table T001A and
- adding entries for currency type 10
- adding the entries for the currency type of the controlling area in case T001A does not contain the currency type used by the controlling area (table TKA01-CTYP). For this purpose, table TKA02 is evaluated.
