FIN_CFIN_PCA_ACTIVATE_TRANSFER - Central Finance: PCA Ongoing Replication Activation

Purpose

You use this report to activate EC-PCA ongoing replication. Once a company code is activated for EC-PCA ongoing replication, the corresponding EC-PCA postings will be replicated from the source system to the Central Finance system automatically.

Integration

Prerequisites

• ,,You have activated EC-PCA documents in the source system. You can check this in transaction SPROunder Controlling->Profit Center Accounting->Basic Settings->Controlling Area Settings->Maintain Controlling Area Settings.

• ,,Line items are set to activate in the source system. You do this in transaction SPRO under Controlling->Profit Center Accounting->Basic Settings->Controlling Area Settings->Activate Direct Postings->Set Control Parameters for Actual Data.

• ,,You have set up the start period and fiscal year for the ongoing replication of the EC-PCA documents in the source system. You do this in transaction SPROunder Financial Accounting->Central Finance->Central Finance: Source System Settings->Replication Settings for Profit Center Accounting->Define Start of Transfer of EC-PCA Postings.

• ,,The start fiscal year for the activation is set as current year or future year.

• ,,The company code in question has not been activated for ongoing replication.

To access this report, call the transaction FIN_CFIN_PCA_ACTIVAT.
