Purpose

This report selects the outgoing payment remittance advice cancellations which are to be sent as EDI messages. We recommend that this job is scheduled to run regularly.

Integration

The system can be configured that payment remittance advices can be sent out if a payment occurs. If such a payment is canceled and if the payment remittance advice was sent to its receiver as EDI message, the receiver needs to be notified of this cancellation.

Prerequisites

Output management needs to be set up to send payment remittance advice cancellation messages via the EDI channel.

There are no select options. The report processes all not yet processed advice cancellations that were created since the last run.
