Purpose

You can move bank reconciliation statements to the historical area using the FI_EPIC_BRS_DATA_AGING report. This enables you to keep the database free from bank reconciliation statements that are no longer needed.

Once the bank reconciliation statements have been moved to the historical area, you can no longer access the statements.

Data aging can only be applied to completed bank reconciliation statements. The standard residence time is 1096 days.
