FI_WT_CREATE_NEW_WITHITEM - Report to create new entries in with_item to correct inconsistency

Purpose

Extended withholding tax is active in your company code. You have posted a document with withholding tax information. The posted document contains withholding tax line item corresponding to BSEG-KTOSL = WIT. However with_item entry is missing for the document. This is an inconsistency.

This report tries to correct the inconsistency by creating missing entries in with_item.

Enter the document number, company code, fiscal year, vendor name, withholding tax type and code information of the affected document.

Standard Variants

Output

Firstly, the output specifies whether the run was a test run or an update run. In a test run, the data displayed is not updated. The test run can be carried out as often as required.

Secondly, all new withholding tax information added is displayed (new entries in table WITH_ITEM). If rounding rule is used for the tax type then the withholding tax base populated may not correspond to the exact withholding tax base amount that was calculated during posting.
