Description
The reference date is filled with the picking date for the delivery note, if one exists. If one does not exist, then the pricing date will be used.
If the picking date cannot be determined, then the processing status for the term in question will be set to :
g_q_fix_period_not_determ - if the final rules are being used
If provisional rules are being used, then the overall formula evaluation status will reflect this anyway.
