FOPC_SIGNOFF_PREPARATION - Prepare Sign-Off

Purpose

You can use this program to improve performance during sign-off. The program formats the sign-off data so that it can be read more quickly.

This preparation for sign-off is optional. You are not required to run this program before sign-off.

You can run the program more than once without having any negative effect on sign-off.

Integration

Prerequisites

The sign-off is already scheduled

The scheduled start date for sign-off was already reached.

However, sign-off itself did not yet take place.

Features

Selection

Specify the organizational units and the timeframe for which you want to prepare sign-off.

You can execute the program in a test run.

Standard Variants

Output

You receive a list showing the results of the preparation.
