FOT_B2A_ADMIN - Administration Report Electronic Data Transmission to Authorities

Purpose

With the Electronic Data Transmission to Authorities administration report (FOT_B2A_ADMIN) you can electronically exchange data with an authority (such as send tax-relevant data from financial accounting to a tax authority) and log the exchange.

When you start the report, first select the reporting data that you created earlier with the report for advance return for tax on sales/purchases (RFUMSV00). You get an output list in which you can check, select and transfer the data to an authority. Once you have sent a return, you can issue the transfer log of the transfer here.

If you want to create a VAT refund application, you must determine the relevant reporting data using the VAT Refund report (RFUMSRVG00) and add it to the reporting portfolio of the VAT refund. The reporting data is consolidated periodically (once a month, for example).
